イギリスのパブ。
気軽にビールを飲み、語らう場所というイメージですが、
最近、食に力を入れた「ガストロパブ」が登場し、
若者を中心に人気があるようです。
先日、発表されたミシュランのイギリス、アイルランド2012年度版で、
その「ガストロパブ」が初めて二つ星を獲得しました。
それは、ロンドンではなく、マーロー（Marlow）にある
「ハンド＆フラワーズ」。
マーローは、ジョージアン様式で統一された美しい町。

2005年にTom と Beth Kerridge夫妻で開店。
食べ物に力を入れて、人気を得て、翌年には、早くも一つ星を獲得。
